I thought I was getting a good deal of finding a place that had time to see my car quickly. But now I understand why never come here. They put your key in a lock box and make you drive over here and everything is closed and nothing opens. Also, don't assume that they're taking care of your car. Because their cameras keep going off but nobody seems to care.

Customers considering this place needs to BEWARE. I can say I was a customer once because I did pay for an oil change here (that I was scammed on because i paid as a customer but they didnt pay me my time on) but also a technician. Video proof of what this company thinks of it's technicians and and customers. I refuse to sell my integrity for a dollar, and refuse to sell customers things they dont need. "Every car needs something" should not be your motto. You shouldn't be seeking out petty nickel and dime stuff to try to eek out every penny from customers that you can. Providing customers with fair, honest inspections and diagnostics for a reasonable price should be the goal. Not luring them in with oil change coupons to sell them things they dont need. To hear the manager say that it isn't acceptable as a technician to not try to sell the customer "SOMETHING" is absolutely insane. I just became aware of a rear differential service that was sold on a FRONT WHEEL DRIVE CAR!!!! They didn't even consider calling the customer and refunding that money, they dont care as long as it increases profit margin.

I thought these guys had great services, until I got my car back and a bunch of stuff was not put back together correctly. They did the work they were over paid for yet they lacked on retuning my car back to the way it was giving. My hood was crooked I got broken pieces on the exterior of my vehicle and the engine skid plate is missing and there telling me it was never there. Don’t waste your money if you want REAL QUALITY WORK DONE. They’ll take your car apart and won’t make sure it’s put all the way back together. My first and last time using Wyoming auto.

They can fix pretty much anything - oil changes, brakes, engines, transmissions, tires, whatever. It doesn't matter if you drive a regular car, a truck, a Honda, or something fancy. They handle it all and do it right. What I like most is they're honest. They tell you what really needs to be fixed now and what can wait. No pushing stuff you don't need. They explain everything in plain English so you understand what's going on with your car. The work is always good quality. My cars run great after they work on them and nothing comes back broken a few weeks later. They also give a solid warranty on the repairs, which makes me feel a lot better. They get you in and out pretty fast, the prices are fair, and the guys there are friendly. I never feel like they're trying to rush me or overcharge me. I've sent family and friends there too and they all say the same thing - these guys are good. If your car needs work and you're around Cincinnati or Wyoming, just go see them. You won't be disappointed. I trust them with all my vehicles and i'll keep going back. Beware of the bullshit claims you read on here, go experience it for yourself. 5 stars for sure!

These guys are great. They help you understand what is urgent and what isn’t. I have a 2013 accord and a 2015 pilot and trust them with both. Have been a customer for about a year now and will continue to go back. Thank you for all of your work. I had a front axel replaced and had new tires put on and an oil change. They went way above and beyond.
